Terms & Conditions for Obviouslead

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Obviouslead website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, publishing a video form, or otherwise using Obviouslead, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Obviouslead provides tools to create and share personalized video forms, collect structured responses from prospects and leads, manage follow-ups, and schedule meetings. Features may evolve over time. We may add, change, or remove functionality with reasonable notice when the change materially affects your use of the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify Obviouslead support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Obviouslead to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, deceptive, or unlawful communications
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, form content, branding, and other materials you upload or publish through Obviouslead (“Your Content”). You grant Obviouslead a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and share Your Content, including likeness, music, trademarks, and personal data contained in your video forms. Do not collect information you are not permitted to process.

Lead and respondent data

When someone submits a response through your video form, you act as the controller of that relationship with your respondent. You must provide appropriate notice, obtain required consents, and handle respondent data lawfully. Obviouslead processes that data on your behalf to deliver the Service, as described in our Privacy Notice.

Plans, billing, and trials

Some features may be free; paid plans, if offered, will be described at checkout or on our pricing pages. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Obviouslead reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

Obviouslead and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, and branding, except for Your Content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obviouslead is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
