Can I get started for free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you create video forms at no cost. Video forms and lead records are kept for 14 days — after that, expired video forms are permanently deleted in their entirety, including the hosted video and collected responses.

What is a video form on Obviouslead?

A video form is a personalized outbound link you share with a lead. It combines your video, a timeline with timed questions or CTAs, and a lead capture form — so when leads open your video form, they watch, respond, and you track engagement from your dashboard. What are video minutes on Obviouslead?

Video minutes measure the total duration of hosted video across all your video forms. The Free plan includes 10 minutes, Basic includes 1,000 minutes, and Pro includes 2,500 minutes. When you approach your limit, delete older video forms or upgrade for more capacity. Minutes count stored video — not how many times leads replay your video forms.

What happens if I go over my limit?

When you reach your video minutes quota, you can't host new videos until you're back under your plan limit. Upgrade to a more generous plan for more capacity, or delete your longest video forms to free up space.

How does booking work?

You can add a booking calendar to your video form so leads pick a time slot without leaving the page. When a slot is confirmed, you and your lead each get a recap email with the meeting details — and a simple way to add the appointment straight to your calendar.

What happens to my leads if I downgrade to Free?

On Free, only leads from the last 14 days are kept. If you downgrade from a paid plan, any lead older than 14 days is permanently deleted. Say you have 50 leads: after a downgrade, Free keeps just the ones created within the last 14 days.
