2. Partner offers and eligibility checks

If you sign up for Obviouslead as part of a partnership offer (for example, through a Uneed Pro subscription bundle), our partner allows us to verify your eligibility by checking whether the email address you use to create your Obviouslead account matches an active eligible subscription in their systems.

For this verification, we submit your email address to our partner’s authorized API at signup. We receive only the information needed to confirm eligibility (for example, whether your account qualifies). We do not access your partner account credentials, and we do not download or store their customer database.

If you are eligible, we may send you a transactional email with a personal discount code for our paid Pro plan (for example, 50% off for a limited number of billing months). You can also find this code in your account settings. If you register with a different email address, the partnership benefit will not apply automatically. A separate valid promotional code may still apply under its own terms.

3. Data sharing

No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data stays within the Obviouslead ecosystem. If this data-sharing model changes, we will notify you by email with an updated version of this policy.

For partnership eligibility checks, we query our partner’s systems through an API they provide for this purpose. Your email address is transmitted to the partner only for this verification and in accordance with our agreement with them. The partner remains responsible for data held in their own platform; their privacy policy applies to your use of their service.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal data by contacting Obviouslead support by email. You may also delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all of your information is permanently removed and cannot be recovered, except for a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address, which we may retain to prevent abuse of one-time promotional or partnership offers. This hash cannot be used to recover your original email address.

5. Data protection

We apply appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
